Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Very peaceful and secluded in the woods but very easy to get to/from Boone. Great location, clean and well stocked. Would stay again!

Pictures did the property justice. It was very secluded. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the driveway. Well stocked kitchen, great TV and solid wi-fi. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely incredible! The host was very welcoming and helpful, the cabin was beautiful and cozy! My family and I felt very comfortable and happy during our stay and would definitely return to this cabin if we are in the area again.

Beautiful home! So clean! We lovedOur trip! We felt secluded but yet we were 5 miles from downtown Boone! We will definitely stay there again! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch!

Lauren and Will were amazing hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful—spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the hot tub, which was perfectly placed on the porch for a private and peaceful soak. The fire pit was another great touch and made for the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Highly recommend staying here—you can really tell they care about their guests

Great Weekend Getaway

Great House and property has everything we needed. Nice being away from the hustle of Boone / Blowing Rock but super close to get to them when you want to venture out. Definitely would go back!

Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay. My friends and I really enjoyed our yearly mountain trip here! I loved everything about the property. If you do not have four wheel drive do not attempt to drive up the driveway.

Weekend trip

My family had a comfortable stay at Vilas. The cabin was very clean and accomodating…just perfect for what we needed. The location was private, but also close to great restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back soon!
