Arrived around midnight. Outside of the property covered in graffiti. On ground level and did not feel secure. Area described as lounge was a table & chairs with a sofa bed as the seating so uncomfortable. Kitchen very basic. Microwave balanced on a chair. Washing left in drier. Bins not all emptied on arrival. Bedrooms basic, bathrooms not as expected in two rooms were a shower in the corner with a basin on the bedroom wall and no toilet. Air conditioning units covered over with masking tape in all rooms so no option to work them. Units on ceilings covered in tape not sure what they were. Many lights did not work, including bedside lights. As on ground floor windows were not see through. Bedding was stained. On arrival could not get heating or WiFi to work and only warm water what was what was left in the system from presumably the last guest. Very cold through the night, host not helpful on contact early in the morning. Nobody sent to rectify issues and were asked to find a key which had been hidden and try to sort out boiler ourselves. It was located in a cupboard and difficult to get to. Tried but couldn’t get heating or water on. Then all power went off and did not come back on so we were left with one candle. Had to sleep in a jumper. Sorting out issues was made very difficult as we could not charge phones etc. the very worst experience holiday wise of my entire life
