Sketchy area. When I opened the room, and turn on the lights, and walked inside, there was a cockroach on the counter near the sink. Room smelled bad and all the furniture was outdated. Immediately left and told the person in the front desk about the cockroach and ask for a different room. The second room was on the second floor, noticed there were cats eating from the garbage left outside of one of the rooms on the second floor. Went inside the second room, turned on the lights and walked all the way to the end of the room to check the sliding glass door was locked. It wasn't locked because the lock/handle was broken so went to the front desk again and returned the cardkey and told him I wanted a refund. He said to call Hotels.com for it. Left and booked a room at a hotel down the street 5 minutes away for the same price. Surprisingly the room was completely updated and most importantly super clean.
