Kitchen was filled with utensils and eatery, bedrooms were spacious, easy access at check-in/out, and house was clean and neat. The beach and shops were easily accessible and in walking distance from the house. My family enjoyed the time we had there.

We had a wonderful stay here for our girls’ weekend. There was great communication ahead of time. The home had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool. We took the wagon and chairs to the beach. Thanks so much!

The house was spotless, and well decorated. The location was excellent. We rented a car, but loved being able to ride our rented bikes through the quiet residential streets to go to the beach and to the historic downtown area. The pool was clean and very inviting after a day of activities. I would recommend this place.

House was clean which was the most important. House was listed as having a heated pool - catch is you had to use pool blankets to heat.. which we couldn’t find. I felt that was a bit of false advertising. The locks on the front and back door were difficult to look and didn’t feel very secure - both doors could have been replaced to feel more secure.

the accommodations were very clean and orderly, and would definitely advise friends and relatives to check for availability if in the area.Nice, generally quiet neighborhood location. We were treated to the annual neighborhood Bicycle/Golf Cart Christmas ride; an innovative lighting and music celebration among friendly neighbors!

We loved this place and would definitely come back. It was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable. Pool was fabulous. We enjoyed the beach provisions (chairs, sifters, wagon). Check in was easy. You can walk to the beach from this place, but we did not. The beach was fairly empty so we found it much easier to simply drive there with our stuff and park. It’s a 5 minute drive. We especially enjoyed Caspersen Beach.

The temperature was perfect. The welcoming atmosphere of the home was so nice. The quiet serene neighborhood and location were just what we were looking for. The rooms and pool area were much larger than we expected and a pleasant surprise. This was our first visit to Venice,FL and plan to return for another family vacation. The beaches were clean and quiet and everyone was friendly. We appreciated the family friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic location; blocks from the beach and Sharky's. We had an EXCELLENT time in Venice. Our kids LOVED having the screened in pool; bring your own pool toys/floats if you plan on enjoying some pool time. Overall, great place to stay...we would DEFINITELY book here again. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!

The exterior is the eyesore of the neighborhood, but inside was fine. Pool is rectangular and goes from 4-8' so we really liked that. The front and back doors need work and are difficult to lock. There are some electrical problems with switches in the kitchen area. Other than that, the place was great. Could use some more hooks or hangers for wet bathing suits and towels. Had lots of features and supplies we never had time to use. Host was great, neighbors were nice.
