Its my go to boutique hotel in Vancouver when I visit. I love the staff and the ambiance. The rooms are tasteful and cosy. The corner tub is luxury. The shampoo and conditioners are lovely. The steam room is a great way to unwind after a long day. But by far the staff make it shine. They are so nice and welcoming. Lovely.

From the moment we walked in the front door we were treated like family. Ryan at the front desk was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He had our room issued immediately even though we were early for check in and expected a wait. My husband had an injured arm and needed ice. Ryan had it sent up right away and it was replenished throughout our stay without us having to ask. It was a real pleasure to stay at the Wedgewood and we will be back soon!

This used to be one of the nicest hotels in Vancouver, but it has gone downhill and not been upgraded. The rooms are dated with cheap equipment. Everything needs to be upgraded - from the light fixtures to the toilet seats, hairdryer, kettle and plug points (of which there are none near the bed for charging). They also didn't give us a quilt until we asked for one, even though it was cold.

Nice hotel and great location - fantastic restaurant. The rooms are a bit dated but overall very nice. Staff were very friendly but we were charged the wrong rate and it was a hassle to address. Contacted Shiena Angala multiple times to get get things sorted out. Eleni Jackson (operations manager) was helpful but ultimately didn't offer anything for the numerous issues we experienced.
