Excellent hospitality. Centrally located in heart of downtown, lots to see and do within a 30 minute walk in any direction. Clean, safe, quiet. Just be aware that most guests must share a minimally equipped and partially functioning bathroom (toilet/shower). Also rooms are spartan (no fridge, TV, safe box, etc). But if you just need a room to crash for a couple nights in the best part of town, worthy of consideration.

Very continent location, I was able to get around 100% by walking or taking public transportation. I only took an uber on my way to the train station because I had too much stuff to take back. It was a very quiet hotel despite being in a very busy part of the city. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were small, but it did not feel Claustrophobic… it was pretty cozy. The water pressure was great. A horrible shower experience can mess with my soul and I was not disappointed. There is coffee and tea offered in the lobby, but there are Starbucks and Tim Hortons about a block away if you want something more fancy. The only downside is there are no refrigerator in the room, no cold drinks in the middle of the night or a safe way to store leftovers for a midnight snack.

the single bed isn't comfortable there's like a hole or like a separation of 2 lines at the middle. so my back hurts a lil. the concierge guy told me lots of times about visitors curfew until 10pm. once is enough to me but its feels like I've been profiled. its annoying. i couldn't open the bathroom it's supposed to be shared bathroom.

Convenient location to public transit and downtown entertainment/food options. Front desk staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Showers/restrooms could be a bit cleaner given their shared nature. If you're solo traveling this is a pretty solid choice for a stay in downtown overall if you don't want a hostel but don't need the luxuries of a 4/5 star hotel.
