You have to navigate the iPad-type device in room to get anything out understand how to work the temperature. We never could turn down the temperature and were warm all night. Plus, their were word lights that could be seen in the ceiling that was composed of perforated metal plates.

Best and most attentive service I've had since the Park Hyatt Tokyo; the rooms are lovely; the floors in the bathrooms are heated; and it's very close to Harbour Air, the convention centre, Hully, and the Canada Skytrain line. 6 stars.
