This place is centrally located in the heart of Fraser street. You are located 10 minutes from downtown and two minutes away from restaurants located on Main Street and Fraser Street. You are a one minute walk away from no-frills grocery stores and Shoppers drug Mart. This is the perfect place as it's centrally located to everything

Not exactly as advertised

We arrived after dark (as we had communicated) and no lights were on at the property. We had to walk up to the door in the dark to see the street number. Once inside, we discoveresd that "air conditioning" does not mean central, it means two floor units with hoses reaching through open windows in two of the bedrooms. Fans were everywhere in the house making it noisy and blowing dust throughout the place. Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. Location was good and safe, with a drug store and no frills grocery right up the street. Tl;dr - average at best, not worth the price.

Great property!

First of all, Aaron the owner was very patient with all the questions I had, he answered them very quickly. The property was beautiful, very well maintained. One of the bathrooms is only a half bath, powder room, but it served its purpose. Overall I would give this property five stars

This property is great for groups of six

The property is easy to find; in a good neighborhood and is well stocked for cooking but also one block off of a street with many restaurants

Great location, bare bones house

We loved the location of this house but it really was not as well appointed as it should have been. The queen beds were ok but the single beds were very uncomfortable. The house says it sleeps six but there are only four chairs in the kitchen and seating outside was also for four. The outside bench was broken and none of the furniture was terribly comfortable. There were minimal amenities in the kitchen - not even enough forks for everyone. We enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to good restaurants and activities but wish the house had been nicer.

The place was not clean.

Not happy at all, bedroom with 2 beds were extremely uncomfortable, master bedroom had black mold all over the window on the inside. There were many issues with this place. I would never stay there again and would tell others of our experience.
