This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! However, this apartment is in a lovely spot and was functional and clean.

Achtung- finger weg, schrecklich!!!

Alles super alt. Beschreibung online verwirrend und nicht klar beschreiben. Vor Ort bekommt man nicht das was online gebucht wurde. Ansprechpartner vor Ort super unfreundlich. Und der Hotels.de Kundenservice ist auch nicht hilfsbereit und unfreundlich. Nach einem anrufe in der Unterkunft war das Thema für Sie erledigt, danach würden meine Fragen und Anregungen mit standard Floskeln abgegolten. Ich kann wirklich nicht verstehen warum diese Unterkunft eine "hervorragende" Bewertung hat.
