Pretty nice for the price compared to other options, nice view, big enough for 4 people, we really loved the balcony. Both girls were really responsive to our needs and communication was easy. Underground parking is a big plus and the proximity to the beach is top notch. On the negative side I would point the awful smell of urine in the toilets, no matter the products we sprayed, the smell always came back... The kitchen is really small and not practical. It lacked utensils (no bowl, no cooking knife, no bread board, one little pan only...). We also didn't get any duvet which is a shame (we didn't ask for one cause it was ok that way but it would have been nice to have some in the flat). The flat also lacked a big table inside and more storage. On overall, we really enjoyed our time staying there in Dobre Vode and would gladly come back.
