"Davis, at the checkin desk was very nice and helpful. Room was nice but beds and pillows were a bit hard. Shower difficult to operate and we couldn't get it to turn off so had to report it was still running to desk when we checked out early morning.
Also, I was sick and needed some medicine and a large bottle of water BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A GIFT SHOP in the hotel! Can you believe it? I had to walk out and go across the street to a petrol station to find some medicine for my cold and a bottle of water. I have never been in a hotel that didn't provide assistance for their guests for additional little amenities!
Also, our room was on a floor that we were expected to go down 6 or 8 stairs with all our luggage to get to (I use a cane as well.) There was a handicap lift which we had to call the desk to get someone to assist us with to get us and our luggage down to our room level. VERY FRUSTRATING!"
