The Moorage is a bright, downtown Ucluelet condo overlooking the marina. Enjoy sweeping views of the harbour and the surrounding old-growth forests from the large private balcony. This two-bedroom suite features handmade live-edge furniture, a cozy fireplace, and an open-concept living and dining area. With a queen bed in each bedroom, a sofa bed, and seating for four at the dining table, it’s ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a central, comfortable base. Walk to local shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, or explore nearby trails like the Wild Pacific Trail and Pacific Rim National Park, just a short drive away.

Fully equipped with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, cooking essentials, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, blender, and a drip coffee maker. Cleaning items provided by local company Mint.



COFFEE + TEA:
Enjoy a starter supply of locally roasted Foggy Bean coffee, brewed with the drip coffee maker. Organic Thay Tea is also provided.



LIVING + DINING ROOM:
The open-concept space features a Canadian-made sofa with queen pull-out bed, hand-made dining table for four, 50” “Frame” Smart TV, books, and games. Large windows showcase the marina views and provide abundant natural light.

Queen beds with handmade cedar frames, headboards, and nightstands; 600-thread-count California Design cotton linens.

Full bathrooms with plush towels, shampoo and conditioner from local refillery The Den, toilet paper, hair dryer, and first aid kit.

Washer and dryer in-unit. Instructions provided in the welcome guide.



PUP PATROL 🐾
Pet-friendly (max 1 dog). Dog towels, small bed, and bowls provided. Fee: $50 plus tax. Further pet instructions are provided in the house guide.



OUTDOORS:
Large balcony with BBQ and two harbour-facing chairs. Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching boats and seals.



ACCESSIBILITY:
Ground-floor unit with exterior covered staircase (approx. 4 steps). Elevator available; key on lanyard inside unit.

Downtown Ucluelet on the marina. Walk to shops, restaurants, and waterfront activities. Short drive to Pacific Rim National Park and beaches including Florencia Bay and Long Beach. Explore local art galleries or book a fishing charter—this is the perfect hub for island adventures.

1 designated on-site parking stall.

TRANSPORTATION:
Enjoy safe and scenic travel options with a designated multi-use path (MUP), perfect for walkers, bikers, joggers, and strollers. During summer, take advantage of the free shuttle bus from town to the info centre. Other transportation options include:
• New public bus transit connecting Tofino and Ucluelet
• Bike rentals, including pedal bikes and e-bikes
• Rideshare via Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers)
• Pre-arranged Tiki Bus and Pacific Rim Navigators for larger groups
• Budget Rental Cars available at Tofino Airport (pre-arranged)
• EVO Car Rental
To reach Tofino from the mainland, take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria, followed by a scenic 3–5 hour drive. You can also fly into the local airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines or seasonally take a float plane from Vancouver Harbour to Tofino Harbour.



BOOKING POLICIES:
• Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
• During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
• Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
• 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
• 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied
• Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
• Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. The different travel websites state slightly different
• Direct Booking Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is held (not charged) the day of check in and released 5 business days after check out as long as no damage has been incurred if you are booking direct.
