Luwak Estate was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left it was just awesome. We were welcomed with nice cold drinks after a late arrival n car trip. The rooms were very clean and the staff made us feel welcomed. Each day our room was cleaned beautifully. My family of 5 loved it here and we will definitely be back. The three bedroom villa is located on street level, backing to a busy road. Even late at night you can still hear motorcycles passing. There is a rattling sound from the window in the 3rd bedroom as well from the vibration of the air conditioning. Just make sure to bring ear plug if you are staying in the 3 bedroom villa. The villa is clean, but bedding, linen, especially pillows definitely need updating. There is a persistent musky smell on the bedding, and unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. I have informed the front desk, and resorted to use extra towels to cover the pillows. There is no water dispenser in the villa, and no cutlery provided in the kitchen too. We did request to the restaurant which were provided promptly, but it’ll be good to provide some basic cutlery in the kitchen. Staffs, food (restaurant), and massage were excellent.

I would highly recommended this resort. Villa was so beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Food was great as well. I had a pedicure from the spa which was done by Susanthi. Highly recommend her service. Ari and Agun were amazing in organising the site vist tour for us. Agun took care of us very well during the tour. Honestly can't fault a single thing with this resort. We had a lovely time.

The staff really went out of there way to make sure our stay was comfortable & exceeded expectations! Only thing i didnt know is that rooms are not "together". Booked a 2 bedroom & my room was in one private space & 2nd bedroom was maybe 10 steps outside. But its a private space with a separate outside living room with kitchen & your own private pool

Luwak Estate Ubud was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults. The place was a Bali haven for us we never want to go out and explore as the place is so tranquil and perfect if you just really wanted to relax. It’s surrounded with natural lush greenery and you feel you’re really one with nature you can hear all insects’ sounds at night which I really love. Pool is nice but it would be better if the water felt fresher but we still enjoyed it day and night. The massage was really good and if only I can give 10 stars out of 5 to the whole staff then that’s the rating they deserve! They even went out of their way to put our breakfast on take-away boxes at 4AM as our flight back home was really early. They were so welcoming and warm, excellent service! Thank you for taking care of us all and we hope to see you again!

Most relaxing holiday in a stunning villa

We loved staying at Luwak Estate. The staff were all friendly, gently checked in each morning what we were intending to do for the day and offering to make arrangements for drivers or recommendations for restaurants. The villa was so beautiful. The most stunning place I have stayed in. We stayed in the "Artistic" villa which has the option for one or two rooms. Our private balcony looked out onto the valley and rainforest. It was really special to look out onto this view during the mornings and evenings. The location was a little bit out of town, about a 15-20 minute walk or no more than a 5 minute motorbike ride. However, this was something that we were intentionally looking for and there are a few restaurants in the vicinity as well as a local motorbike rental place a few minutes walk up the road. It was also very easy to go the Gojek app with my Australian phone number to book drivers and they usually arrived within 10 minutes. The only (slight) issues we had was the pool getting some flowers from the rain in it. We mentioned it to the front of house staff and they cleaned it while we were out. They also called us to inform that they were performing maintenance on the villa next door. Which was thoughtful and the work was not disruptive at all. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

This villas is perfect for family

This villas is very nice and comfortable for whole family to stay. Location is quiet but not far from Ubud Palace and they provide shuttle to get there for free at certain time. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.
