The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. The property itself is beautifully maintained and conveniently located close to Ubud Market, making it easy to explore the area. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff throughout the property were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. A special mention to the restaurant team, who provided excellent service during our meals. We particularly appreciated the morning yoga sessions and the spa, both of which were relaxing and well-organized. The pool was also a highlight, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Room was spacious with a super king bed. Place was well kept and clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel location is a few minutes by car from Ubud city centre. Gym could have been bigger with more equipment.
