"The house was beautiful! Loved the screened in porch and seating on the upper level. Also liked the multiple deck accesses from one bedroom and dining area. The backyard area was clean and tidy for taking the dog on potty breaks at night. All of the bedrooms and laundry area were downstairs which was a plus. To be transparent, there are a lot of stairs. With the kitchen and living area being upstairs, it could be a bit much for elderly guests. I traveled with my mom, who is 81, but she’s in great shape so there was no issues at all running up and down if needed. Loved the comfy beds, all the amenities provided and the extreme cleanliness of the house. The hosts even left a Turkey pan, plates and napkins for the Thanksgiving holiday stay and a bag of doggie treats for our girl. The stay was perfect! Would definitely stay again if back on Ocracoke. A little slice of heaven not far outside the home..the beaches, sunrise and sunset.. beautiful! "
