Cozy Cabin

Make memories during your stay with wide open skies and mountain views. Our guests enjoy the stars at night, walking/hiking on the property, and sunsets that’ll marvel you! You’ll find our cabin to be an authentic country experience! It stands alone, front porch facing open cow grazing pasture, away from the main house on our families working ranch! In addition to cattle you will likely see whitetail deer and hear coyotes howling at the moon!
Our cozy 640 sq. ft. cabin is fully furnished with a comfy queen size bed, washer/dryer, large closet, outdoor gas grill, fenced yard and has all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Pets welcome with approval by host.
Property is located 5 minutes from Buffalo Gap and 20 minutes from Abilene.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Cozy cabin no complaints

This cozy cabin is the perfect get away. We choose this place for it's proximity to Abilene State Park. The place was super clean and felt very welcoming. The owners were super helpful and very attentive. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful Stay in the Abilene Area

I stayed for two nights when traveling through Abilene for work. The property was exactly as described and the host was very welcoming and responsive. The property provides a peaceful escape from the city and I will definitely be staying here again on future visits to the area.

Relaxing Country Setting

We loved the relaxing country setting! The cabin was well-appointed and clean. The fence worked perfectly for my dogs. The host was so helpful and kind. I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. My mini Aussie loved the cows! We were only there for a few days, I wish it could have been longer. Thank you Kristi for your hospitality!

Peace and Quiet

Well equipped, and clean, cozy cabin on a working ranch. Amazing sunrise view from the front porch and a fenced yard for our pup. The owner had a treat waiting for us upon arrival. It was close to the Perini Ranch Steakhouse and Abilene State Park. We enjoyed our stay despite the heat, fantastic AC!

PEACEFUL RANCH...GOD'S COUNTRY!

Beautiful ranch with all the country feels. The best part for us was waking up each morning and sitting on the front porch with our coffee watching the sunrise while doing devotionals. Spending time with God while enjoying the country scenery was amazing. It was perfect for the 2 of us to stay away from the city without light pollution. Being greeted each day by the fields of cows was great. Got an amazing picture of a calf feeding on the mother. If you're looking for peace in the country, you will definitely find it here.
