Unclean Cigarette Smoke Room

Our room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be smoke free.We had to purchase frebreze to make the room barable to breath in.The pullout bed had blood stains on it. There wasnt any linens for the pull out bed. There were purple stains on the top blanket of the main bed. The floor wasnt clean. There was french fries and hot cheetos on the floor. The fridge door wouldnt close. There was multiple patched hole marks on the wall. The door had marks like it had been pryed open multiple times. There was multiple piles of spit in the corner of the elevator. I have pictures but this survey wont let me add them.

Very dissatisfying!!

The hotel room was terrible!! The shower head was broken and spraying all over, the wall next to the shower was rotting and the drywall was coming apart, there was trash under one of the night stands, one of the beds had a dip in the middle of it! The room smelled like mold or smoke we couldn’t tell which it was but after seeing the bathroom I assumed it was mold! We actually went to Walmart and got a sheet and pillow cases and a blanket to sleep on the bed!! One of the worst stays we have had in years!!

The stay was okay until the key card stopped working. Two days out of the three it did not work. The manager’s pass key would not work on the third day. Finally decided the battery was bad. There was no maintenance personnel available.

We stay at this location a lot and normally have very good experiences. There were a few issues this time. The biggest problem was our AC unit. It blew nasty black gunk all over over bed. I tried catching someone at the front desk several times but there was always a sign up saying that they would return soon. We just had to shut it off and have no cooling.

the lady at check in was not at tye front desk at arrival and although it did not take her long to show up, she was very indifferent. no apology and later went for snacks and she appeared bothered. the room had torn carpet, behind a chair there was a big mess, sheets dirty. people above the room were loud all night. called twice to front desk and although the gentleman said he would address the issue the people got louder each time

The only thing that saves this property is the front desk and dining staff are very friendly and tries hard to make up for a dirty and run down hotel.

Property is 5/10 at absolute best. Any 10/10 rating is coming from corporate.. stayed 8 days 7 nights, room was filthy when first arrived, furniture is nasty looking and broken, and room service came to my room only one time during stay to remake bed ( not with fresh sheets either) and take out trash. Bathroom was falling apart, chipped bathtub and shower faucet was hanging off wall… definitely won’t be staying here again

Good.

Room feels stuffy, Cleanliness was okay, stains on blankets clean but stained still makes me feel some type of way about it restroom was okay, the mini fridge was not really as cold as im used to, the personnel was great everytime i needed something they were always so helpful and honestly seemed happy to do so.
