The house didn’t quite live up to the pictures. The furnishings were really uncomfortable and one of the chairs was actually broken. The TV was barely attached to the wall, which felt like a safety hazard. The photos in the listing make it look open and inviting with the doors wide open, but in reality the mosquitoes were so bad that you had to rush inside — we couldn’t really enjoy the pool area at all. The neighborhood itself was nice and walkable, just a bit farther from the beach and downtown strip than expected.

Wonderful stay in Tulum

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was modern, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—we could walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making our trip even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our questions and needs were quickly addressed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The Pictures are Very Deceiving

Contrary to the misleading photographs, our experience at this property was deeply disappointing. Upon arriving late after a long day of travel, our group was exhausted and eager to freshen up. However, our hopes were quickly dashed when we discovered the showers were covered in an alarming amount of dirt and grime, rendering them unusable.The unsanitary conditions were so off-putting that we opted to forgo showering altogether and simply go to the bed. Unfortunately, the discomfort continued as the beds were uncomfortably hard, further compounding our negative experience. Given the lack of cleanliness and uncomfortable accommodations, we made the decision to book alternative lodging and depart the next morning.We promptly informed the property management of our intention to leave and, disappointingly, received no response. While VRBO has attempted to mediate and provide compensation, we have yet to receive a full refund for this unacceptable stay.

Such a beatiful Stay

This villa was truly amazing! We had an amazing time, the host was very amazing and was able to assist us with every request! The pool was beautiful and stays clean despite the jungle surrounding it. I would 100% recommend staying here. I traveled with 2 other women and we always felt safe in the villa, the gated community made us feel even better. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Beautiful Place for Group!

Was a beautiful space for a bachelorette trip! Mostly positive experience and just a few cons. Place looks just like the photos. LOVED that each room had its own bathroom. Place has all your basic essentials which made it easy to stay. Very peaceful by the pool and it’s kept clean daily. Easy check in/out. Team is very responsive and their recommended concierge service with Galia was super helpful for the trip. Few concerns. Lots of mosquitoes (but that’s all of Tulum) which the host did warn us about, so thank you! Because of mosquitoes we couldn’t open the large window doors like we wanted. There is a guard service in the neighborhood but oddly there were a few times at night the guard wasn’t there and we had someone try to enter one night claiming food delivery when we didn’t order anything. Luckily we had a private chef that day and he handled it for us. Overall this is definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others!

Beautiful Magical Jungle Villa

Was lovely staying in this Beautiful Magical Jungle Villa. The house is beautiful and it's the perfect TULUM vibe. 4 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms in each room. Management is great with responding for anything and concierge helped out on arranging everything on the trip. Big shout out for Galia for helping with everything.

What an Incredible Experience and Stunning Place!

I was happy this beautiful Villa was available for our dates since it was exactly what we were looking for! First of all, we felt super safe as it is located in a gated community within Alde Zama. It is the perfect area to come back to after spending the day at the beach and busy Tulum strip (a close car ride or bike ride away). It felt like an oasis and the best spot to relax. We also loved to be close to some tasty and hip local restaurants, and it’s always great to be close to pharmacies and supermarkets which made our stay super easy. The Villa was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and stunning bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall the space is so inviting that you want to stay there forever and enjoy its beauty. The host is so wonderful. Sofia and Jessica were always available and kind. They gave us the best recommendations and put us in contact with a local concierge company that made our trip extra special. A great suggestion is to have a chef come prepare dinner or brunch for you and your friends/family. It was a great add-on to complete this stay with 5 stars. Can’t wait to be back soon! Thank you for the incredible memories in this stunning villa.
