Great central location in nice, safe area of town
Overall I am very happy with my stay. The house is overall very clean. Some feed back- The carpet in the bedroom/closet really needs a steam cleaning. It’s very dirty and a lot of spills and stains. Also noticed the AC filter is full of dust and needs changing as well. Water filter and air filter in refrigerator both have red lights saying they need replacement. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need a deep cleaning. Grease on cabinets above stove, toothpaste drippings on bathroom cabinet doors. It would be really nice to have a smart TV in the living room. Would be really nice to have blackout curtain in the living room window rather than just light filtering where people can still see in. The hexagon window in the living room also really needs a blind. Would be really nice to have a Keurig or Nepresso machine. Would be nice if coffee filters were provided for the drip coffee maker. Kitchen trash can is broken- foot petal does not work. Would like instructions on where the dumpster is located in the welcome email instructions. Other than that, the place is very nice, new, clean, safe, and good location. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils. Would be nice to have some basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder) and olive oil. Could use more kitchen trash bags and a pair of scissors in the kitchen would be really nice. Thank you for providing plenty of hangers in the closet, soap, sponge, dishwater/laundry pods, and bathroom soap/shampoo!
