July 4th Family vacation

The property was perfect for large group ranging in age from 80-2 years old. Plenty of space for a group of 14 to stay comfortably. Property was clean and well appointed. Private pool was the highlight for everyone. Host responded quickly and efficiently to all our needs. Thanks for a great stay and a fun family weekend

Golf Trip

The house was just as described on VRBO. Check in was fast and simple. The common areas has plenty of room for our group of 8 golfers while the private areas were quiet enough to relax. Dani was very responsive to our inquiries. The location was central and easily accessible to all parts of the Tucson area. The house and property were clean and a pleasure to stay at.

This is a perfect place for family gatherings.

The neighborhood is lovely, the pool and ramada are gorgeous with many comfortable seating options, the kitchen has everything you could want. The layout gave our four families privacy and their own bathrooms. The guest house was perfect for elder parent. All of the beds and furniture are very comfortable.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Roomy with enough areas to gather as a group or to have some privacy. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with host when had to change reservation dates and ask a few questions.. good central location for traveling north and south of Tucson.

Tucson Catalina Foothills

We rented the property for 4 days for our son's wedding. The house was perfect for our family - we ended up with 6 adults and 2 children. The kids absolutely loved their bunk room that had their own television and games to play. Each adult had their own private bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the heated pool every day we were there. The house is perfect for large groups as there are really 3 separate lounging areas with couches and chairs. It has a large kitchen which was put to good use! The laundry room is large as well. The house was well stocked with everything you could need and also included coffee and supplies which we put to use each morning. It made for a memorable wedding trip for our entire group.

Not for everyone.

First the good: The check-in and the host communication was perfect and the finishes are fairly new.The reality: This house is not for everyone. Take a good, hard look at the photos. The feel is very "specific" and in some places downright creepy. The finishes are not quality which one would expect for a property renting for over 1000 per night (which it was during the gem show).The choice of so much black paint is not well executed in the bedrooms and one bedroom was so unnerving with the black "rorschach" design on the ceiling. Not a single room in the house was warm and comforting.The pool area was also sub-par. The lounge area was dirty, there were dirty cheap pool toys lying around, a fountain that was not working and a barbeque that was very dirty and smelled bad.This property was so wrong for us that we left after two nights, abandoning our 13,000 rental fee and found another house that was worth the surge pricing at this time of year.If you have a big group and are not sensitive to your surroundings, this might work for you. Avoid.

Excellent spot for family Christmas

We had 19 members of our family all in this house at Christmas and it was great. Even with all of those people, the house felt spacious and, for those of us from colder places, the back yard was an excellent place to hang out and soak up some sun. The only issue we had was that the heating in the casita had a problem, but the host was very communicative-even at Christmas!-and got on it right away. I would highly recommend this rental.

Celebrating Dad

My entire family got together for the first time in years. We traveled from 6 different states to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. This house was PERFECT. The ipen layout made it great for having everyone together, especially for meals. The separate seating areas were so nice for smaller groups to chat. All the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and my parents loved the casita so they could go to bed early and not be bothered. This house was perfect. Thank you! Hopefully we'll be back for my mom's 80th!
