Exquisite environs

We loved our winter holiday stay in Truro. The home is comfortable, equipped with a spacious kitchen, perfect for family cooking projects, and two fireplaces, cozy for reading, working on puzzles, and hanging out. The best part, though, is outside the house's walls. It's just a short walk to the bay, with a path that cuts across marshland (perhaps a former railroad bed?). We took in breathtaking sunsets many evenings, and the hardy teenagers even took a cold plunge. The owner had miscommunicated a detail about the home, but she quickly recognized the inaccuracy and graciously remedied it. All in all, a wonderful escape for our family!

Wonderful Stay

We had a magical break at this amazing house with the kids, the dog, my in-laws and our aunt. The kitchen is amazing. The stove is a delight and 3 ovens! This would be an amazing space for friends to do a foodie Friendsgiving- lots of space for everyone to cook together. The TV in the living room was impressive - we loved the art work on it. The various spaces and fireplaces were perfect — we could move from room to room. I loved the windows and the light. We did a little winter beach but it was nice to be cozy inside here as well. The sunsets on the porch were nice - they must be amazing in the summer and the river view was a plus. The hosts were gracious, flexible and responsive. The stars were bright and visible through all the windows at night and the kids liked the sunrise from the basement. The basement was awesome for the kids and we played a little pool, a little table tennis - something for everyone and the kids had their own couches/TV for no parent time. We had no issues at all — one part was missing on the stove but we knew about it in advance it was just a delivery timing issue (and there were 2 other ovens). The house was clean and well furnished. The house is very close to everything we wanted to do (we were moving around by car since it’s February). We’ll definitely do this again.

Wonderful House and Location

We had a wonderful stay; the house comfortably accommodated our extended families. We enjoyed the sunsets from the front deck and dinners on the back patio. The location near Corn Hill Beach was a real plus. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive when we had a few minor issues. We will definitely return!

Lovely Home Attentive Host

Looks exactly like the photos. Went for a girls weekend. We loved the master suites, large well stocked kitchen, and the huge deck with comfy patuo furniture. Loved walking to the beach. Host gives great advice and recommendations.

Luxurious Stay!

Absolutely stunning updated property. Couldn't have been any better. Very private and had every amenity you could ever want. Property manager was very accessible and lovely to chat with.

Beautiful house!

Barbara, the property manager was extremely accommodating. The house is on a private piece of property, extremely spacious and the kitchen has all that you will need. The outside deck is also a great place to sit and relax. There is no lawn, however you are very close to town, beach, restaurants and etc. Make sure on check out day you give yourself a couple hours to clean, the requirement is extensive and you are charged if the laundry is not done. For example, all towels have to be laundered, counters have to be wiped down, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator have to be cleaned. Floors have to be swept. And there are many floors! So, a proper broom needs to be placed in home please. We didn’t think there was much left for the cleaning company! Nevertheless, it was a nice vacation and I would recommend this house, just clean as you go!

Fantastic stay!

My partner and myself and both sets of parents (70+ years old) had a lovely stay here. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well laid out so that a group of six adults felt like they had plenty of space to spread out. The front deck is a great place to spend a few hours reading, the kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook. Proximity to the beach was great, easily walk there or drive, try to get a beach fire permit from the city or Truro while you're here that was a highlight for us! Would highly recommend! (Only call out is the deck is natural wood, and if you have young children who are crawling age might not be a good option as there is a risk of splinters, etc)

Hidden Gem

Spacious, clean, unique property is a true hidden gem. Beautiful views and conveniently located. Property managers were easy to work with and quit to respond to any inquiries. I highly recommend this property. Perfect for families with many gathering spots within the home or on one of the spacious decks.

Bright and spacious oasis

Gorgeous views from everywhere in this modern, open plan, newly updated gem of a vacation home. The deck and master bedroom/bath are fabulous. The beds and sofas are very comfortable and the kitchen is roomy and well supplied with all the pans and utensils you might need. The location is top notch. The only thing that could be better is the TV situation. The TV is on the smaller side and in an odd location off the kitchen and we wished we could have all watched a movie together in the great room. Perhaps the best part is the attentive and caring host, who monitors email and phone and returns calls or emails in an instant. I would return again.

Safe, easy, beautiful

My senior parents and I had a lovely time at this gorgeous house. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect- close to the beach and short drive to Provincetown. The airy openness of the house is dramatic and stunning, and yet you can still find cozy nooks for reading (like by the fireplace in the kitchen). The views out to the pond and the Corn Hill bluffs are stellar. Communication was instant, and the whole transaction couldn't have been easier. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely a Dream Home

This house is wonderful. Beautiful, exciting, fun. Sunny, open, comfortable. The kitchen is stunning; if you like to cook and bake, this is the place for you. The setting is superb, with excellent views and surroundings, easy beach access and wonderful walking/running/biking pathways right out the door. Convenient to Truro center and Ptown. Barbara is an excellent and attentive host. Couldn't be happier with the house.
