The house itself was nice and the VRBO pictures depict it accurately. The property management was a disaster. The wifi was completely down when we arrived. We are very familiar with complex wifi connectivity and we reset, tested speed, did everything possible and we had no access to wifi. All TV’s were streaming only so that also meant we had no access to tv/movies on any tv in the house. On top of that we had zero cell service at the property (ATT) so we had to leave the home to text, call someone, or get online. To me, that’s borderline a safety issue. It’s not the rental’s fault for no cell service, but be aware if you have ATT, you likely won’t be able to use your phone. I let them know immediately and they gave me very basic router reset options which we’d already tried. They said they’d get back to us on this which never happened. We also could not figure out how to turn on their fireplace based on instructions left and they also never replied to us on that. We asked if the bbq on patio had propane or not and they also never got back to us. You are basically speaking to a “robot” with vague answers if you have an issue while there, so know going into this that you likely won’t have help. We left the cabin after less than 24 hours (paid for 4 nights) but management was still uncaring and unhelpful.
