Mariners Haven has been immaculately upgraded throughout. The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable front facing lounge with a smart TV and a family bathroom 4 piece bathroom. Three spacious bedrooms complete the comfortable accommodation, one is king size, one double and one single. Street parking and full y enclosed rear garden area.
This apartment is in close proximity to Gailes Links, Barassie Links, Royal Troon, Prestwick and Dundonald golf courses.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please close the rear door to the garden at 11pm.

Lovely property, downstairs is extremely spacious, the photographs do not show just how large these rooms are. All the bedrooms are well appointed and larger than one would expect. The rear garden is private, pretty and perfect for summer evening snacks and drinks.I plan to book this property again, it was perfect for us.
