One of the friendliest welcomes we have had for a long time. Great location, very reasonably priced, close to the heart of Townsville. Secure, safe, VERY comfortable beds - fantastic value for money and would be my choice to stay when next in Townsville!

The friendly staff allowed an early check in. The rooms are very spacious, fabulous amenities, loved the large bathroom with a washing machine and dryer and most of all the amazing soft bed. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service and very friendly and courteous staff. We highly appreciated the early check-in at around 10.30am, instead of being told to wait until or thereabouts unlike almost all other accommodation places.
