This apartment is located right on the river in the heart of Douglas, located just thirteen minutes from Townsville City Centre.
Only 1.5km to Stockland shopping centre, 6km to The Strand and CBD, this apartment is in a quiet location away from the crowds but within easy access when you do venture out. You will be surrounded by leafy pathways, walking tracks and playgrounds to explore, but with close proximity to shops for your convenience.

Your space features a spacious living area that looks onto a large balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining while overlooking the diverse bushland. The complex also features a resort style swimming pool and communcal BBQ area making it the perfect place to chill in the beautiful, all year round warm climate Townsville is known for.

There is a spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, a private ensuite as well as your own balcony. A second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom featuring bath tub and shower.
