I traveled to Toronto with my daughter. The building was conveniently located to downtown and had numerous sleeping options. The management was very communicative and helpful. The original booking we had was not available due to unforeseen damage. They accommodated us quickly! All and all, we were happy with our stay.

Apartment with a terrace

It was a well-situated and modern apartment, with a sunny terrace, and very well equipped kitchen. The building was well maintained and secure. The area is right in the centre of Toronto, with a Whole Foods a couple of minutes away and plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The mattress was a little basic - foam - but I had a good night's sleep. I'd be happy to stay there again

Good location, could be better

The location of this suite is top-notch; it was close to everything we had planned to do in Toronto and provided lots of nearby food and restaurant options. And, despite some initial hiccups upon arrival, the hosts were excellent with checking us in and getting us settled. However, for the price that was charged, the condition of the suite is only fair-to-good; there are obvious repairs that need to be made (flooring is badly separating, bathroom door and baseboards are water-damaged), and the appointments such as mattress, linens, towels and shower curtain are mass-market and cheap. The place was super clean and we especially appreciated the outdoor terrace. But, for the money paid, I expected better quality bedding, towels and attention to the small details that really do make the difference when marketing a place as a luxury stay.

Not A comfortable Mattress or pillows. The sink wasn’t cleaned out from the previous stay. There were crumbs in it. The air conditioning doesn’t turn on in the building until May so it. Was extremely hot and was not warned before hand.

Poor customer service. Good location

Although location was great, property was not able to accommodate my family even after I contacted property prior to us arriving as we had a late change. Even the staff that helped us the day of check in showed up an hr late and did not come back with additional supplies as they said they would. Contact person did nothing to correct the issue. Bathroom has Mildew inside sink area, rest of area seemed clean. Not even linens for my family and we contact them prior to arriving. We ended up having to purchase towels.

Inaccuracies in Listing: NO free parking, for ex.

Tiny, worn apartment, but in a secure condo building in a central city location. MANY inaccuracies in listing, but two big ones: #1. NO free parking as advertised. Paid parking expensive and not always available in the building. #2. Not suitable for three people. Sofa bed might be okay for a child, perhaps, as couch is so small and unstable. Also, sheets for sofa not provided in advance, as requested, and then only after many requests and told that no blankets would be included for bedding. Broken washing machine with dirty clothes in it. Several lights not working in apartment and never fixed during the stay. Floorboards separating in dozens of places by over half an inch. Disappointingly weak responses from hotels.com and management company about the many issues.
