Our stay at the property was generally fine, but several issues became apparent during and after the visit. The faux leather sofa bed and cushions were already peeling when we arrived, and the material continued to come off easily, so we covered it with a sheet to avoid it sticking to our clothes. The sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult for our group of six to use the space as advertised.The listing describes two bedrooms, but one of the rooms is actually an open area sectioned off with a curtain. The unit has one bathroom, and the shower head was worn and sprayed water in multiple directions, which triggered the water alarm. We replaced it ourselves to avoid further issues.We did not use the electric fireplace during our August stay, and the pool access is through a nearby YMCA community pool a few streets away, not within the building.After checkout, we received charges for several items, including the peeling sofa, the fireplace, and repainting of walls. These charges were unexpected based on the condition of the items during our stay. We kept the unit clean and were careful with the space, so the additional costs were surprising.I booked this property when it had no prior reviews, and I hope future guests find this information helpful when deciding whether it meets their needs.
