Honestly best part of the trip was the shuttle bus driver, Robbie. Room was not good: bed was literally broken (we had to put the recycling bin under the frame so that it didn’t tip over and they wouldn’t give us another room), the tv mount was broken, there was mould in the sink and shower, the towels were falling apart, and the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall. I asked multiple times for a late checkout, each time was told yes, only to get a knock at the door and phone call at 11 saying there are no notes on our file and we need to leave so they can clean. Asked for a comp and was waved off saying that they would provide us one ‘next time’ - you can be sure there will be no next time.
