Our room no. Was 335. It was the most awkward room we ever had. There was a partition before we enter our room and our room door was glass with a curtain. The toilet bar below the sink was all rusty and the towel holder were held on with double-sided tape.

Good location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. No AC so room was quite hot. The fan helped, but opening the windows meant a lot of early morning street noise. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were not very extensive and service was a little chaotic.

This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again.

Really nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 11 which met all our needs. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows super comfortable. The location was excellent and close to one of the two escalator systems to bring you up and down from the top of the town. I didn’t research ahead of time but walked from the train station with bags through the beautiful bridge and gate. That was a good workout so recommend the escalator. Taxi’s inexpensive and multiple busses bring you very close to the room for 2 euros. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant that consisted of a three course meal with a beverage for 22 euro's and was tasty. We would stay again as the property was well managed. The AC never seemed to get very cold but seems typical of other stays in Spain. If you’re a quiet sleeper maybe get an inner room. Staying in a vibrant city in the midst of all the sights you will always have typical noise. We understand and expect that.

This hotel is in a fantastic location just two minutes from the cathedral. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. One thing to note: driving to the hotel to drop off luggage requires navigating winding, narrow streets with poor signage, so we opted to drop our car off at their recommended parking garage and then walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, several of the elevators in the parking garage are permanently disabled and the walk to the hotel was mostly uphill.
