VERY DISAPPOINTED!! POOL WAS OUT OF COMMISSION. THE SITE SAID IT HAD A HOT TUB, IT DIDNT. THE ROOM WAS OK BUT BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, FLOOR WAS DIRTY, NO HAND SOAP, NO WASH CLOTHES. BREAKFAST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FULL BREAKFAST AND IT HAD COLD SCRAMBLED EGGS, WARM SAUSAGE, AND SOME JUICE, BREAD, AND A FEW BAGELS, THE BANANAS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN AWAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I EVER SAY HERE AGAIN. IT COST 124.00 FOR ONE NIGHT AND WASNT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Staff member Satin was such a wonderful woman to have met, she was excellent help over the phone and was very helpful with breakfast and making sure it was kept clean and to our satisfaction. Will definitely save this hotel as an option because of her! Rooms were also very clean and up kept nicely.

Upon getting there everything was fine but there was NO swimming pool, NO hot tub (like the ad said). But the worst was the fact tht if there was a fire I would NOT be able to go out the side door to the building because IT WAS LOCKED!! I'm pretty sure tht is a safety violation at the very least.

The place was good for the night we stayed. It was clean and breakfast was good. The place was clean and we slept well. Restaurants were in walking distance which was great. The only thing I would suggest would be to add more variety for hot breakfast. Other than that it was a good stay with family.

The room, especially the bathroom was not clean. Hair was present and the bathtub looked dirty. The shower curtain had noticable dirt hand prints on it. They did not have a backup roll of toilet paper. The beds were uncomfortable. In addition, the pool was broken and the uncleanliness ensured we did not want to go at the offered breakfast. We will not be staying at any of the hotels in this group again.
