Love that it is across from Meier, where I shop for food. Hallway carpeting needs cleaning badly. Kenyatta at front desk friendly and helped me with information.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Toledo, Ohio and unfortunately, my experience was not very good. While the room had the basics and might suffice for a quick overnight stay, I would not choose to stay here again, especially with my family. Upon arrival, I noticed that our roll of toilet paper was almost gone, and there were only three towels provided for a room with two double beds. When I requested additional towels, I was informed that they were running very low and this woudl not be possible. This lack of basic amenities was disappointing. Additionally, the elevator was constantly wet, likely from guests using the pool and entering the elevator without drying off. This made using the elevator uncomfortable and potentially hazardous. Moreover, the hallway consistently smelled like marijuana, which was quite unpleasant and not something I expected to encounter. In addition, the ice machine in our floor was broken. To add to these issues, our room door was ajar when we first arrived, which raised concerns about security and cleanliness. Overall, while the hotel offers the bare essentials, I would recommend looking for other options if you're planning to stay for more than one night or if you're traveling with family.

Bad pool experience.

It was average. Pool experience was horrible. Lots of kids playing super rough almost trampled my child. They trashed the place and the parents just let them run rampid. We went before they closed hoping it wouldnt be busy sadly we left the pool due to incompitent parents. Was not happy with this experience considering the price i paid for the room.

It was ok , tcomplaint would be the continental breakfast. We are use to holiday inn breakfast which is a great selection. This was our first stay at a comfort inn and the breakfast was definitely nothing. We would go down for breakfast and there was maybe 3 bagels and 2 yogurts . No machine for juice etc., no eggs nothing very disappointing but we know now not to count on free continental breakfast. The rooms were ok could’ve been cleaner again not use to staying in a comfort inn but it did the job to sleep. I don’t know if I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly so definitely a 10 on that !!
