Great stay

We stayed at Section L Kuramae last year (2024) for 5+ nights and again this year for 1 night before heading home. The overall check in process was easy and quick. We are a family of 4 so laundry, kitchenette, and all the other amenities were awesome(need) for us. We love how spacious it was. Since we stayed at a different area this year, we can compare the two. This location is more quiet, residential/ go home for rest.

The desk staff were really friendly the check-in really quick, free coffee in the lobby abd beautiful/clean room with everything you need. The only negative is that if you are 4 people, it is a struggle to fit your luggage in the space but we found this to be the norm in Japan. I would recommend and i would stay again mysefl!

The hotel is situated about 10 minute walk away from popular tourist area. It is quiet, and staff are very friendly and are fluent in English. The room itself is quite spacious, and has a washer/dryer unit in the suite, which is very convenient.

Very adequate and functional place to stay. A few more hooks and a shelf would have been helpful. As a location it is very easy to walk to Sensoji and and around Asuksa. We were happy as a family of 4.

The staff at Section L Kuramae were amazing. They were always willing to help, and go that step further. The communication between the team was good too. We didn't have to wait for specific members of staff to deal with issues. The property itself was sufficient for our needs, clean, tidy, close to station and local shops. Would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and nice to have a small kitchen and laundry machine. Super close to train stations but Asakusa itself is a bit far from alot of the tourist spots in Tokyo. Quiet area though, which may be what you're looking for to escape the hustle and bustle.

The rooms were big and enough apace for luggage. We could store our carry on underneath the bead. The washer/dryer was great to have in the room. We packed light so we are doing laundry at each stop. They provided laundry detergent and everything else you may need. Full kitchen and bath. Bunk beds for our kids and a nice table. Staff were very nice and spoke english. Reception is super easy for check in and out. Super close to multple train lines and attractions. Got all three major convenience stores near by to pick from if you need it. We are early risers so not a lot of option for breakfast near by but there are some within walking distance.

We stayed 6 nights here on a recent trip to Tokyo. We loved the Kuramae neighborhood— quiet respite compared to some of the more bustling areas in Tokyo. And there were great little cafes and shops in the area too. Hotel was conveniently located near two subway stations, Although we primarily use the Kuramae station. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice week-long stay when visiting Tokyo. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a little bit dusty but overall it was clean and comfortable for 3 people with all our luggages. I liked that there was a small kitchen area, washer/dryer, and dining table with chairs. Location was convenient. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

We stayed for 10 nights and had a great stay. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and although the room was a bit smaller than I expected, it had everything we needed. The washing machine/dryer combo was amazing. Having the subway within a 2 minute walk was so helpful and it was an easy walk along the river up to the Sensoji/Asakusa area. Will happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo!
