The Metro makes it easy to get around Tokyo so being in the slightly quieter East Ginza spot was fine for us especially with the Hatchobori station just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel front desk staff were great to chat with while picking up our morning complementary coffee. Alex was there most mornings during our stay and provided insights about the city - great guy. The room was well equipped and we took advantage of the laundry machine. All in all a good location, lovely staff, good clean rooms and amenities - highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay near the busy spots in Ginza, but situated in a more homey quiet area which was great. I only booked for a few days, but I think this place would be a great option for longer stays with how many transportation options are close by. The studio apartment was perfect and spacious for me traveling solo and it would be perfect for a couple. Everything was very clean. The front desk is 24 hour and the staff held my luggage for a while after checkout. I would absolutely recommend this place and I hope to come back the next time I’m in Tokyo!

The locations of this hotel is excellent. Restaurants with great food are all around this hotel. There are also small grocery stores that are open 24 hours within 3 minutes of this location. Train stations are with 7 to 10 minutes walk. You truly can’t beat this location’s convenience. We loved going out to the busy tourist areas by day and coming back to quiet Ginza East by night. We are planning another family vacation in Tokyo 3 years from now and hopefully this location is still open so we can come back. The room had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Plus, a full kitchen if we wanted to cook our own meals. The staff was always friendly and spoke English. I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Hard to find the location. It was in the alley. Checkout in the morning, no one at the front desk. No instructions what to do. Place was clean. Staffs were nice and speak English well.
