The staff were incredibly kind, the lounges were also quiet and clean as well. The rooms were spectacular and they also provided new towels each day. They make sure you are not disturbed and caution on not making much noise. Thank you for the pleasant experience, I shall stay here again.

The location to the nearest station is excellent as it located just outside the basement entrance to Shinagawa Seaside station. There are 3 konbini and multiple restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The room is very comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing, and having a bath available to soak feet at the end of the day is great. The only slight drawback is that the air on can't be adjusted, so the rooms are very warm, but we were very happy with our stay! Arigato gozaimasu

Good location for Odaiba. There’s a big Aeon supermarket near by. It’s only a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station (Rinkai Line) and there’s a bus to Haneda Airport nearby. The view from this hotel lounge is great! The rooms are slightly smaller but it’s a common size for Japanese Business Hotels. I have been staying at the hotel many times, and I will be back.

The Loisir Shinagawa Seaside is a great hotel. Staff was very accommodating, hotel was very clean. The Rinkai line is just in the basement level of the hotel. Having the Shinagawa Seaside Station at the Hotel made getting to different spots in Tokyo very convenient. Only thing is that the Air Conditioning unit is controlled by the hotel. I had a couple nights where it was a little difficult to sleep because of the temp in the room.

The hotel was amazing the views were breathtaking. The hotel lobby is on the 16th floor, and all the rooms are above that. So it feels lile you are staying in a luxury apartment high above seaside.
