I booked this room while the hotel was still being renovated, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it ended up being a great choice. The location made getting around Tokyo super convenient, the whole place was clean and well kept, and the room felt surprisingly spacious for a double. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

We got a 3 bed room and it was big enough for our family of 4 (younger kids shared a bed). The breakfast did not have a ton of options, but the lobby offers free juice and poo throughout the day which was nice. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of bars/restaurants and a 10 min walk to any of the stations we had to use.

I was there with my teenage boys and we avg had our own bed! Rooms and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful. We loved the location, wandering out at night for a bite was so easy. Great access to trains and walking distance to many attractions! Great breakfast as well! Highly recommend!!

The hotel staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to assist you and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied and changes daily. Highly recommended!

Great staff and room size for groups/ families. Breakfast options were small but sufficient to get started your day. Theres self storage at the lobby for your belongings after checkout. Only complaint is that the newly renovated washrooms do not have as much storage/ hanging areas to store all your necessary bath essentials.

The only problem we had was finding the place, the link took us to the wrong place to different emails two different places, my end up see the sign up high which led us to the right place. Very annoying no to have the address displayed in the emails and the map taking you the wrong place.

A nice, new Villa Fontaine property in the Hibiya neighbor, relatively close to the Shimbashi train station. The hallways has that “new car smell” since the paint & carpet was fresh. Our corner room was large enough to comfortably keep our 3-adult party and the view to the street was nice. The bathroom was set up like a “wet room” with a drain on the floor, since the small glass shower partition wasn’t going to contain spray from a shower. Not a problem, just helpful to know that your socks might get wet if you enter the bathroom after someone else has showers. It was nice to have breakfast available on-site. We didn’t understand why entry is stopped at 9:30am, though, if breakfast hours end at 10:00am. We appreciated having beverages available later in the day in the breakfast area. I would stay here again.

Here is a detailed review to help other travelers. Location: Located 10 mins walk away from Shimbashi station. 7 eleven is literally 2 mins walk. Lawsons and Family mart are just 5 mins away. From Haneda airport took us 30-40 mins to reach the hotel. Lot of eateries nearby. You would have to walk just 5 mins and would find places to dine in. Hotel: The welcome was good and warm. The check-in was smooth which was done through a Check-in machine. Welcome drink was provided, but the best part is that the drink dispenser has 10 different types of juices which was available to you from 3pm till night. Complimentary toiletries were available in the reception. The restaurant was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and thoughtful. They have chicken items and veg items too which becomes useful for Asians. Room: We got a corner room overlooking the crossword nearby. Extra bed was already put in and hence we got a bed for each of us. Room was carpeted, bathroom was spacious, room itself was big enough considering majority of rooms are small in Japan. Rooms were cleaned daily, linen changed and fresh towels. What we missed having: There were no cupboards. There was ample place to hang clothes though. Overall, a great stay. Totally recommend this to anyone travelling as a couple or with kids.

朝食が予想外に美味しかった！ メニューは少ないけど1個1個のクオリティ高くて大満足。 個人的には、ドライヤーがしっかり風出るタイプだったのでめちゃくちゃ高評価です。 日比谷って名前だけど、日比谷駅からは遠くて新橋駅の方が近いのだけトラップ。
