The hotel is pretty old and run down. The room was nice but old fashioned. The furniture was chipped etc. Needs a good refresh. The staff was great. The restaurant just ok. Closes pretty early. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. I was pretty disappointed.

We really enjoyed this hotel for its proximity to Tokyo station, renovated rooms and the stunning city views from just about every room. But the biggest surprise was the quality of food from the à la carte dinner menu at lobby restaurant Tenqoo. Just fabulous!

Room was spotless though very small. Staff polite and the location very convenient. They advertised a gym but it was tiny…only 3-4 treadmills. Some mats and nothing else. Very disappointing there.

Good location. Just steps to Tokyo Station. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The only thing needs to be fixed is the window. Condensation water noted around the window, quite a lot. I thing the insulation is compromised.
