Room was pretty clean, bathroom was very small. Staff was polite but housekeeping was a little slow a couple of times, not having started by 12pm. Gym had sufficient equipment. The buffet restaurant was probably the best part of the stay.

Love the size and furniture in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet needs to be updated and toilet light feels dim. Hotel was a short 3 min walk to Nippori station (from The JR east exit and there is lift and escalator) near Keisei entrance. Many eateries nearby and shops to buy souvenirs. It is an excellent for those who need to take the earliest skyliner train to Narita airport for early morning flight.

Hotel was on a good area - easy access to narita airport, the fabric stores, and lots of food options in the neighborhood. Hotels beds were comfortable, room clean, and staff welcoming. Hall carpets were a bit worn- which was strange because everything else was top class.

Everything was pretty good actually. The staff are very accommodating and they allow late checkout with a nominal fee. The only concern I had was the noise. They were installing an air conditioning system and they worked during the day when I was in the room testing so it was a little disturbing. Otherwise the hotel is in a very ideal location to Nippori fabric town and other food and drinks.

No soundproofing at all in the rooms, we could hear every sound from the hallway, even quiet footsteps and normal conversations. The woman on the front desk was quite rude and had a strange manner, no smiles or politeness. We arrived for breakfast at 9.10am and were told at 9.40am that the dining room was shut, though people were still eating all around. The male desk attendant was helpful and found a missing item for me. It is just a fairly soulless and average hotel.

Great location. Within 5 mins walk from Nippori Station, which is a stop for the airport express train to Narita. Food options everywhere, as well as some shopping. Hotel has a gym and laundry facilities. Our room was very nice with 270 deg view of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very responsive as well. Would highly recommend.

Art Hotel Nippori Lungwood stil the best value.

Several people remembered me from prior visits and acknowledged me spontaneously though low key in the Japanese way. They included staff from front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. No better way to get things started. Art Hotel has it all: best prices, great location in an overlooked neighborhood, delicious food and, most importantly, people who understand genuine hospitality.
