For the price around Shinjuku area, this hotel offers good value. Staffs are polite and attentive, no complains. Breakfast was ok and I will not likely pay the 2,200 yen for it though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast which comprised of western dishes. It would be even better if traditional Japanese breakfast items such as rice, miso soup, etc. can be available. I wish more toiletries can be included. The one thing that can give travelers pause is the hotel’s location. It is situated deep inside Kabukicho, the biggest red light distinct in Japan. Late at night, you will encounter dodgy touts and drunk kids near the property. Something to consider for those traveling with young children.

I got 2 room 3 beds each room, one for me my baby and my husband it was good everything is just as expected but the other room I got for my mom and my brother has mold all over the ceiling. I didn’t go in their room until the 3rd night. I was going to drop off my baby for her but it was too bad and so dangerous! In the morning I spoke with one of the front desk lady and she told us to move but we couldn’t move it that time coz the car is about to pick us up for the day trip. So I told her we will move when we got back in the evening please keep the room for us. When we get back I informed the front desk guy and he is so rude! Just kind of give me attitude between want a room change! He said go get your luggages and bring all downstairs and we will give you the key! I told him that can we just bring our belongings to the new room already? My mom is quite old and it’s might be difficult for her to go back and forth with all the luggages. He just refused to listen to my explanation, it’s policy he said and just walk away. So I went and help them packed come downstairs and all he do was just hand us the new key card!? Seriously I paid $200/ night with this kind of unreasonable and so not responsible for their mistakes!

The staff were incredible! They were so helpful with helping my partner ring and collect his lost property from the train, we couldn’t thank them enough. The room was very modern and clean. The location couldn’t have been more central but the rooms were completely soundproof so no noise from outside or next door. Would highly recommend
