The rooms are small and you can hear the train station, but it is comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful! The hotel is really nice overall and the bed is a nice balance of firm and soft.

Check in was quick and easy with english speaking staff. I was quite geared up to use my meager japanese but didn’t even need it(hehe). I like the public bath the water was very hot which I love as a women. The room I knew was going to be small but as a solo traveler for only a night I was very comfortable. The bed is firm so I liked it but I know my younger sister would have probably not been as happy.

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to train station, shops, supermarket, taxi rank etc. The room was clean & tidy and staff are very courteous and helpful. I only took a star off as a 'Do not Disturb' sign is missing from the room other then that we enjoyed our stay.
