Staff was always helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the view from our room! Perfect room for family of four except the windows opens up to interior of the hotel facing other windows. So if you are at a lower floor, it will be dark. Other than that the location is perfect because its convenient and very close to shops, restaurants and transsportation.

We loved the location of this hotel, very close to the Ginza line and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite close to the Asakusa line making access to the airports direct and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offer daily cleaning (full on some days and partial on others). You let them know what your preferences are via a tablet in the room. We unfortunately forgot to turn off the "do not disturb" setting on ours one day and didn't get the room cleaned but that was our fault, not theirs! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay, this hotel is close to train stations and is walking distance to several major attractions. The room was spacious and clean and the view from our room was spectacular. The staff were very helpful with storing our luggage on our last day.

A little crowed at breakfast but understandable based on the amount of space to accommodate all the guests. Clean room with amazing view of Tokyo Sky Tree and river. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing with less crowds into the evenings.

Did not utilize hotel restaurant, because we were late risers, but there were many other restaurants in the immediate area. Nakamise street was very close by. Sensoji Temple, the train and subway station, all within a few feet from the hotel. Not to mention 7-Eleven, and other convinience stores. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and neat. We didn’t want anything fancy or luxurious, just somewhere safe and reliable to come to after our many adventures. Staff were professional and friendly. Very respectful and courteous. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
