We enjoy staying at the Crowne because it’s close to the airport. This time we noticed that our room wasn’t very clean. Hair in the bathroom and it might be time to paint and freshen up the rooms.

My stay here was wonderful. I needed somewhere to stay during my layover and this was ideal. It was close to the airport and the staff was very kind. Check in was a breeze and the hotel was very modern and elegant. The hotel shuttle was very convenient and they even packed me dinner to go so I could catch my flight. I cannot say enough good things ago this hotel and would highly recommend.

This is my favorite hotel to stay every time I'm in Panamá. I love everything about this place: near airport (like 4 to 6 mins) it has shuttle, good and comfortable rooms, nice staff, delicious food and all the areas are always clean.

The room had only one small roll of toilet paper, bed sheets were rough, only 2 bathroom towels, we had to ask for everything. The staff was great though. At the restaurant, the food was expensive and took ages to serve. Other people who arrived after us got their food first. Not the greatest place to stay, I would've expected to be better as now is part of IGH group.
