My room I wad in was very clean and the maids would take the time to ask me if there was anything each day that I would need for my stay. The staff was all very friendly but there was only one staff that told me it’s going to be my last day at that stay. She was there Wednesday didn’t want me to book another room and said my stay is done .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We checked in on a Saturday and planned to check out the next day. I was telling the check in receptionist how we were doing a hot air balloon the next day and we had to be up very early. She offered us a late check out considering how early we were going to be up so we could come back to rest for a bit. The fact that I didn’t even have to ask really stood out, that’s great customer service. The grounds were clean and quiet, parking was available. The free breakfast was really good with lots of options like waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy! There were other items to choose from as well along with coffee and juices! The location was convenient to the wineries and the Temecula Downtown area. The rooms were spacious and the water pressure was great! I would recommend this place for couples and families!

There was roaches and the light on our side table keep going off. There was no socket plates on the wall near the bed. So everytime you sat on the bed the light would turn off. Everyone was super nice
