It is situated in the heart of Tbilisi's old town in a historic building of the late 19th century which is in the listed of cultural heritage of Tbilisi. Art House Petunia's total area is of 65 sq m, consists of 3 rooms and terrace. The apartment is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable staying. Up to 5 people Art can stay in Art House Petunia. It is non smoke inside area.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building, has its own courtyard and entrance, parking for 1 car. Art House Petunia is equipped with all amenities: furniture, refrigerator, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories - microwave, dishes, tea service, bathroom has all necessary toiletries.
