Perfect Home for Tampa

This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in !! The home was in a great location for Hyde Park and Tampa area - the house was immaculate and everything you could need was provided and then some - The decor was wonderfully appointed !! Would recommend this place to anyone !!! It was that nice - and Rosetta was a pleasure to deal with - Will be back again when we are back in the area !! 11 out of 10 !!

This was a great house in the location we needed, fun spaces for hanging out and a perfectly appointed kitchen as we cooked meals at the house. The host was incredibly responsive and we will stay here again. incrediblyresponsive

Beautiful Home

My spouse and some friends stayed here while in town for a concert at Raymond James. The host was super responsive and accommodating when requesting to check in a little earlier. The home was super cute and trendy. Roof top area was very nice for relaxing and beds were comfortable. Great location! We will stay here again when visiting Tampa.

Just as advertised and a wonderful experience

Everyone was so pleased with this vrbo. This was our first experience with vrbo. I can say it was truly a home away from home experience. The host, Rosetta, contacted me everyday to see how our stay was going. The house was stocked with everything you could and could not think of. The experience was wonderful and Rosetta was wonderful. If/when I come back to Tampa, this will be the place that I would like to stay. Rosetta has set the bar high for other vrbo. I will now be looking for the same experience and expect the host to be as detailed as Rosetta.

It's A 10!

This property meets all expectations! It was roomy and well stocked with all the essentials, all you need are your clothes and toothbrush! It was perfect for our grown kids and we really enjoyed the outdoor rooftop and 1st floor patios. It was a great location and we look forward to staying here again soon!

Lovely Home

Comfortable, nicely decorated, home with all the amenities you could possibly need. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property when we are in Tampa again. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with something. We are on the more discerning side and this home exceeded our expectations.

Great little get away

This place had all the amenities and then some. From a welcome package, to basic necessities needed were all provided. Although we had a small issue with some ants, it did not effect our stay or take away from the fact the place was very clean, and the host was very apologetic and advised the issue would be resolved immediately after we left. The roof top had amazing views, we were unable to get the TV to work up there, but just sitting up there was peaceful and serene. Overall great little get away, and I would definatley recommend

Highly Recommend!!

Thank you Rosetta for an absolutely beautiful place to stay while in Tampa for my son's wedding. We were supplied with everything we needed and most of the things we wanted. Thank you for the snacks. I didn't think we would need them, but they were essential on the few times we were running a little behind and needed a quick bite to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed the soaking tub in the main bedroom and the lavender/sage bath salts that were provided were wonderful. The fluffy robe was also appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the roof top decks(s) and I wish we had had more time to enjoy the putting games. There is LOTS of room (not just the bedrooms) for people to spread out when they want to get away from the activity. 3 patios and a sitting/lying area on the 2nd floor. Anyone staying here should know that all of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are somewhat steep. I know this is in the description of the property, but someone might overlook this. The entire staircase is very well lighted though and the handrail is sturdy. My 84 year old dad was able to make it up and down without difficulty, he was just slow doing it. No one else had any problem with it. The property was within 5-10 minutes of all of the activities we had to attend in the downtown part of Tampa. It is in a great location and we had no difficulty getting in and out. I felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!!
