The front desk representative was personable and definitely an asset to the location. He was helpful and made the check in process seamless. There were no problems with the property even though pretty outdated, however they did inform me that they would be renovating.

It was a nice place to relax. It could use some upkeep on the outside and it would be paradise. I had a wonderful 3 days there. I will use them again, when needed. The rooms are very clean. I was very happy. Just needs some estetics done by pool area. Bathrooms could be updated. I did borrow a heater from the front desk, because there is no heat because it's Florida. I was pleased with my stay

Good nights stay

Room was ok. Large bathroom and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and front desk staff are fantastic. Room could use a comfortable chair and a little more lighting . Hotel is older and could use some updating. Overall comfortable stay.

The room decor is very dated (very old). The bathrooms need a complete overhaul (sink, toilet, shower faucets, etc.). The rooms are clean, but the musty smell is unbearable. The rooms with connecting doors are horrible because you can hear everything that's going on in the other room (laughter, conversations, etc.). Location is not bad, near restaurants around and busy street, close distance to a publix which is very convenient.

This property has been a favorite of mine until this stay. It has changed so much! The bed frames were covered in dust. The beds were hard as rocks. The pillows were cheap and gave me a headache. The room smelled like horrible cleaning chemicals. I asked for a refund from Expedia for our second night and they refused. Front desk staff were not very friendly. No thanks!
