The shower drain was clogged, so while I was taking a shower the water did not go down the drain but instead accumulated on the floor of the shower and bathroom. I had to deal with the flooding using the available towels. This caused significant inconvenience, and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of my stay at your hotel.

Bob W in Tallinn was just right

Everything was exactly as described. Easy, keyless entry to building and apartment. The unit was clean and set up with everything we might need. We liked the separate toilet room and shower room. The kitchen had all the basics. The beds were very comfortable. Shared laundry room was equipped with detergent, drying racks, iron, etc. The location suited us as well, a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town.
