Great Service and Lovely Pool Villa

We had a great overall experience during our stay. We were given the opportunity to upgrade to a beautiful pool villa, which was absolutely lovely and made our holiday feel extra special. Unfortunately, the villa wasn’t available for the entire stay, so for the last three nights we had to move to a different room. This part was a bit less enjoyable, as the new room had a strong smell of mold and felt quite damp. However, the staff did everything they could to help resolve the issue and kindly offered us alternative room options. Their dedication and service were truly outstanding throughout our stay. Despite the inconvenience, we left with a very positive impression – thanks to the excellent service and the wonderful days we spent in the pool villa.

We stayed two nights at the Le Meridian and it was great. The staff were excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort is excellent value and right on the beach. A special mention to the fabulous staff at kids club.

Top pour les familles avec des enfants grâce au kids club, beaucoup d'activité pour les enfants et le personnel attentionné. Service au restaurant The Nest déplorable, l'hôte nous demande tous les matins ce que l'on souhaite en boisson mais ne nous les apporte jamais ! Ils font juste de la politesse en surface. La plupart des cuisiniers ne parlent pas anglais, difficile d'émettre notre commande ... Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout réactif, ils nous disent "oui" à notre demande mais ne viennent jamais ! On doit se débrouiller tout seul.

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed out. The hotel itself was well laid out and clean, the pools were plentiful with spare loungers most of the day, kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional, it even beat some of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico! Rooms were amazing, very large with the most amazing shower and bath. Water replenished daily (we weren’t all inclusive) beach was beautiful and sea was amazingly warm and great to swim in. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had a breakfast bag before left early one day. Lots of spaces to chill out across the resort. If I had

Great experience, very friendly and hospitality is top of the services. Hotel is provided lot of activities also with the competitive price in the area. Love the sunset here
