Cozy Cottage in Sylva

We were impressed from the time we walked in through the door. Just right for my hubby and I. Warm and cozy, comfy beds, all we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location could not have been better. Very nice linens and we loved the eclectic decor. Everything we needed to "set up" our stay in grand fashion. Will most definitely stay here again.. Thanks for such a nice nesting place!

Cozy Little Cottage for a work trip

This is a great place to spend in Sylva and is convenient to everything downtown. The chickens and cats on the property only add to the charm.

Clean older small cottage

Clean home. Off of main road through Sylva to Cullowhee which if you sat outdside you here a lot of road noise Only things I would recommend would be a mattress pad for bed.

Cozy and convenient

Cute and cozy little place. It is a dated property, but has a certain charm about it. Access to the property was easy and it was conveniently located to shopping, dining, exploring, and the casino. The hosts greeted us upon arrival, and even offered up fresh eggs! And that 65" TV was amazing!

Loved it!

My husband and I stayed three nights with our dog. The property was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and was even stocked with some basic essentials like coffee, spices. The property was clean as well. The queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We enjoyed having a small porch to sit outside too. The yard is small, but nice. The house sits on property with a main house very close by, but we did not ever run into anyone, so our privacy was not compromised. Yet, comforting to know the owners were close by if we encountered any issues, which we did not. The property sits right off the main street where there is a lot of traffic, yet it is buffered by lots of trees and plants, so you barely noticed. We loved being close to lots of hiking trails where we could take our dog hiking. Our communication with the property owners was responsive and courteous. I would recommend this property! Thanks for letting us stay.

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The owners are so sweet. They brought us fresh eggs when we arrived and taught us so much about their chickens. The house was so clean and perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. We will definitely be staying again!

Cute cabin!!

We are two WCU alumni who came in from central NC and GA for Homecoming. This was the perfect location. The house was very homey and comfortable. We had plenty of room. The homeowners were were friendly and welcoming. (They even brought us fresh eggs from their chickens!!! Yummy!!!) We had a great weekend and have nothing negative to say about this rental. We're already planning to go back next year!! :)

Charming cottage tucked away on quiet property and close to nearby mountain village with quaint shops and dining areas. Beautiful scenic views and hiking areas in the area. Gracious host- offered us fresh eggs and provided welcome gifts. Clean with ample kitchen and living supplies. Soft, comfy beds, and appealing decor that created an enjoyable atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back to visit!!
