We greatly appreciated our stay. Staff was wonderful. Location was wonderful. The ladies and the gentleman that worked at the front desk were all extremely helpful. The room we had was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Also the included breakfast was very good and the staff working there were also very nice. The employees of this hotel are stellar examples of what we expect the behavior to be from top rate hotels. They were accomodating, friendly and knowledgable! We booked this hotel for our pre and post cruise travel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Both rooms were clean and the AC and fan were working well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. If we ever come back to Sydney we would book the Russell again.
