Nice boutique hotel that is very nice. It seemed to cater to a younger crowd as there was a DJ each evening in the restaurant area. It was also a bit of a trek (20-30 minute walk) to sites such as the Opera House and The Rocks but I loved walking through the city and the parks. For me as an older solo traveler, a hotel nearer The Rocks would have been better. The staff at Ace was quite nice.

Staff was ok but room was too small for 4 nights with 2 people. Bathroom was to small and no privacy.and towels where old .Safe in room broke with our items in there and bit of an issue getting items out. Would definitely go somewhere else next time. Location was good!

Staff was extremely courteous, room was a good size. Only two issues. Found the bed and pillows to be too soft but that is based on our personal preference. Breakfast was terrible and very expensive. 1st order oh hash browns was overcooked, replacement was too oily to eat.

Clean room with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Free upgrade on checking in and I was able to store my luggage for a couple hours after I had checked out. They also have a free drink coupon. Hotel increases in vibe on Friday/saturday.
